What is ignite all about? What are our aims?

1.) See that God will be glorified – See peoples lived changed, healed, renewed, saved etc. SALVATIONS…yyeaaaah baby…

4When he heard this, Jesus said, "This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God's glory so that God's Son may be glorified through it."

2.) Build relationships with people, genuinely loving, caring and nurturing people. When they hurt we hurt, if they need food we give it to them, practically showing the love of Jesus in everyway we can. We can see this in the life of Jesus.  Leaders asked not to rely on the church to show practical ways of love…everyone is called to do this. If you see a need fill it. Definition of love is…Sacrifice. We are all called to make sacrifice for love.

Ephesians 1.
8For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9not by works, so that no one can boast. 10For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

3.) Lead people to a relationship with Jesus, through our example. They will only come to know the love of Jesus if they see it at work in us.

1 Timothy 4:12
12Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.

4.) Teach young people how to worship God. By setting the example our self. By providing a Godly atmosphere of worship, exciting, punchy, youthy music. Music that will inspire and encourage a non Christian to want to be involved.  Worship should be driven and people encouraged to sing to God.  Worship is to take us into the throne room of God. Worship for me at ignite should encourage singing to God primarily…If God chooses to move so be it, and Please God let it be.  Worship should be engaging and geared toward the spiritual maturity of the group. That is accept them were their at and cater to that…always being aware to take them further as maturity grows.

Hebrews 12
28Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, 29for our "God is a consuming fire.

5.)Teach people the bible, train disciple and equip all ignite attendees, Attempting to cater to their spiritual maturity.

Matthew 28
19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Ignite's Ministry Training

To equip and train young people for future ministry in Gods Kingdom using Ignite Youth Church as a training and equipping resource where young people can use their God given abilities to reach and impact others for God.
