Hi Church,

As we move into Port Macquarie’s cooler, wetter season, the rain is a welcome reminder of how deeply we need the Lord. Just as dry ground longs for water, our hearts are made to seek Him. With Pentecost weekend coming up, it’s a wonderful time to make room for a fresh touch of the Holy Spirit. Our Sunday night More service is designed for just that—prayer begins at 4:00 pm, followed by worship and encounter from 5:00 pm. We would love to see you there.

It was such a blessing to have extra time with Dr Kent and Ruth Hodge last Sunday. With Ps Peter McHugh unwell and unable to travel from Melbourne, Kent kindly stepped in on Sunday and gave us a glimpse of his teaching on the End Times.

Kent reminded us from God’s Word that our view of the End Times should not be shaped by fear, but by faith and hope. While Hollywood often spreads doomsday anxiety, Jesus calls us to live with courage, authority, and purpose as His people—bringing His love and kingdom into the world. So let’s keep our eyes on Jesus and continue the work He has given us to do.

Please continue to pray for our Alpha course. There is real spiritual hunger among those attending, and we are believing for strong attendance each week so everyone can hear the full Gospel message. Thanks again for all those who serve to make this ministry function well.

There are many good days ahead, Church.

Love and blessings,

Ps Greg and Amanda
